I photograph humanity.
More than just a technician, I am a collector of memories, and an acute observer of the nuances of human interaction. Whether it is love and laughter or the serious moments of personal crisis, I turn my lens towards my subjects with passion, understanding and commitment to telling their stories.
My love of documentary photography carries over into my work as a pre-school, family and wedding photographer where I am sought after to capture the emotional connection between my clients, and bring out their unique personalities.
Creativity has always played a key part in my life.
My love of art and photography led to me graduating from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Visual Arts. I have a background in a variety of visual arts including painting and illustration. I am currently enjoying combining my love of painting with photography, creating new and exciting pieces of art for my clients.
I have the necessary current working with children checks (WWCC) and RRHAN-EC training. I am the mother of 2 beautiful humans, who are my pride and joy and who remind me daily of how special it is to be able to capture memories for other families (although now as teenagers they are less willing to be in front of the camera). Kindergarten photography holds a special place in my heart as I endeavor to truly connect with the children and document this fleeting beauty of childhood in this magical time between toddlerhood and school.

I love sushi. It's the best.
Autumn is my favourite season.
I secretly wish I could sing just a little better.
I get busted regularly pretending I am a rock star while driving. I used to use my child's foot as a mic while at the traffic lights. ***Footnote*** SO now Grace is 14.....she will not let me sing into her foot, now we have seated dance offs at the lights.
I have an obsession with plants, I am currently creating a jungle in my kitchen.
My kids used to make tent cities in the lounge room which would stay up for days, sometimes weeks at a time. Now I just make them for myself.
I use far too many exclamation marks, I make no apologies, life should be lived to the full extent of exclamation marks.
